The first conversation is about your current life situation, how you are doing, and your personal concern.

We flexibly adjust the frequency of sessions to your life situation and needs. You are not bound by any long-term contract.

Completing therapy
Once your goals are reached, we close the shared process. If topics come up again later, my door is always open.

An individual session (50 minutes) at my practice in Fürth costs 97 euros, a couples session (75 minutes) 143 euros. The 10 to 15 minute intro call is free.
A limited number of reduced-rate places are available by arrangement. Just ask.
Frequently asked questions
Does health insurance cover the costs?
As a Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy I bill privately. German statutory health insurance does not usually cover the costs. In return there is no waiting time, no diagnosis in your medical file, and full flexibility. Some private supplementary insurances reimburse Heilpraktiker services; if in doubt, ask your insurer.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within one to two weeks. Thanks to my flexible schedule, late-afternoon and early-evening appointments are possible, Tuesday to Friday.
Do you offer sessions in English?
Yes. Sessions can be held in English, individual as well as couples sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
That is as individual as your concern. Some topics resolve within a few sessions, others need more time. We discuss the scope together and adjust it as we go. There is no long-term contract.
Can I cancel appointments?
Yes. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance and no fee will be charged.
