2. The most important thing first: no cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no third-party content (no maps, no external fonts, no social media plugins). There is no advertising and no profiling, which is why this website needs no cookie banner.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted in Germany by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR in place). When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical information transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time, requested page, transferred data volume, browser and operating system, referrer). This data is used solely to operate the site securely and reliably, is not merged with other data sources, and is deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed to investigate a specific security incident. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The site is delivered encrypted via TLS (https).

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact me by email or phone, I process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your message) to answer your enquiry and arrange appointments. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a treatment contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries).

Please note: avoid sending sensitive details about your health via email or messenger. Confidential matters belong in our conversation in person. Health data (Art. 9 GDPR) arising during treatment is processed solely for the treatment itself, is subject to my duty of confidentiality, and is not processed via this website. Enquiry data is deleted once no longer needed, subject to statutory retention periods (treatment records: generally 10 years).

4a. Contact form

The contact form on the contact page transmits no data to this website or to any third party. On submission, your own email application opens with a prepared message to praxis@fritz-loesel.de; the message is sent exclusively from your own mailbox. Section 4 applies to the data transmitted by email. This website itself does not store or process the form input.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

You may voluntarily contact me via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, part of the Meta group). WhatsApp processes metadata (e.g. your phone number, time of communication), including on servers in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Message content is end-to-end encrypted. Legal basis for my processing of your message: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; your use of WhatsApp is your voluntary choice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Phone and email are equally available if you prefer not to use WhatsApp. Please do not share sensitive health information via WhatsApp.

6. Outbound links

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. Google Maps for directions). When you click such a link you leave this website and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Merely viewing this website transfers no data to those providers.

7. Your rights

An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise your rights.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for my practice is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany,www.lda.bayern.de.

9. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
