Professional title: Heilpraktiker restricted to the field of psychotherapy(non-medical practitioner of psychotherapy), awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany. The state permission to practise was granted in 2022 under the German Heilpraktiker Act.

Competent supervisory authority: Landratsamt Fürth, Public Health Office (Gesundheitsamt, responsible for the city and district of Fürth), Im Pinderpark 2, 90513 Zirndorf, Germany.

Applicable professional regulations: Heilpraktikergesetz (HeilprG) and its First Implementing Ordinance (1. DVO-HeilprG), available atwww.gesetze-im-internet.de/heilprg.

VAT

Health-care services are exempt from VAT pursuant to Section 4 no. 14 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No VAT identification number exists.
