1. Who we are

2. Purpose of the site

This site is informational and commercial: it presents Harmonia Baila's dance instruction services (group and private classes, for kids and adults) and makes it easy to contact the studio. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Services and prices

Information about styles, levels and schedules on this site is informational and may change; final times and availability are confirmed directly by WhatsApp or email.

Prices are communicated in advance, clearly and completely through our contact channels before any payment, in compliance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute). This site does not process payments or conclude contracts online.

4. Consumer rights

As a consumer you are entitled to truthful and sufficient information, to quality and suitability of services, and to submit petitions, complaints and claims by writing to hola@harmoniabaila.example. We answer within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. You may also contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co), Colombia's consumer protection authority.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, brand, logo, photos, videos and design) belongs to Harmonia Baila or is used with its owners' permission. It may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. You are welcome to share links to the site.

6. Image rights

Photos and videos of classes published on this site or on the studio's social media are used only with the prior, express, written consent of the people who appear in them. For minors, consent is given by their parents or legal guardians and may be revoked at any time by writing to hola@harmoniabaila.example, with effect on future publications and reasonable removal of existing ones.

If you appear in any content and would like it removed, write to us and we will handle it as a priority.

7. Acceptable use and liability

You agree to use the site lawfully. Harmonia Baila strives to keep the site available and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for decisions based on outdated information, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.

The site links to third-party services (Instagram, WhatsApp). Their use is governed by those services' own terms and policies.

8. Data protection

Personal data collected through this site is processed under our Personal Data Processing Policy and Privacy Notice, available in the Legal section of the footer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, without prejudice to consumer protection rules establishing a different venue.
